This the electric room from the pipe picture. If you notice the transformer there is a stand around it to set another tranformer on top just like the first one, because the architech/engineer when designing thought the room was larger than it was.

Electrical room that was smaller than the engineer had planed, I couldn't hang transformer so I built u-strut stand to set matching transformer on top of the other one.
