Basically this is the riser or service entrance which supplies a single metered service.
Basically this is a single metered service which supplies 6 apartment and the house system exterior lighting and outlets ect.... The owner wanted seperate metering so they would not have to prorate the electric to each unit also they would be able to rent each unit easier.

With a paralled riser or service entrance seven meters one main disconnect and separate disconnect mean from each socket.
